Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Project / Sales Duties:

• Defining and managing all company brands and all local supplier.

• Managing sales email correspondences and replying accordingly on a daily basis

• Monitoring and following up on sales projects and sales enquiries

• Managing and arranging project meetings for both internal and external parties

• Attending project meetings and leading the project team to coordinate with architects and site in-charge

• Liaising with customers to understand their needs and ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule

• Managing and reviewing project reports on a bi-weekly basis

• To give regular training for the project team, including product knowledge sharing, customer relationship management, and technical knowledge sharing

• Attending project site meetings

• Handling and managing after-sales servicing matters

• Preparing and checking tender documents and contracts

• Overseeing all aspects of social media marketing and managing Instagram and Google Business accounts

• Building strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors

• Participating in trade fairs

• Coordinating promotional activities, trade fairs, and events

• Liaising with web designers for website updates

• Liaising with graphic designers for portfolio updates

• Liaising with vendors and manufacturers for distribution partnerships

• Carrying out specific projects or tasks as instructed by the Managing Director

• When at work, exercising responsibility and due care at all times

• Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent

• At least 5 years of working experience in a related capacity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Familiar with ERP systems or other equivalent software platforms

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop software

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance

• Able to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments, with strong resilience to meet deadlines and targets
