Job Description & Requirements

TNS Engineering & Construction is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, client relationships, and brand awareness in the construction and engineering industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and partners


• Follow up on sales enquiries and prepare quotations


• Coordinate meetings and support project discussions with clients


• Assist in marketing campaigns and brand promotion


• Manage company social media and online presence


• Create marketing materials, presentations, and proposals


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis


• Support business development and lead generation activities


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project communication

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Proactive, responsible, and organised


• Able to work independently and in a team


• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing


• Basic design or content creation skills are an advantage


• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or construction industry is a bonus

5.5 / 6 days work week
