ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Marketing executive staff to drive sales and brand growth for Flurida Group’s finished products across B2B and B2C channels, and to develop parts & components sales as a secondary mandate. The role covers key account management, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and trade compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales — Finished Products (Primary)
• Develop and grow B2B accounts: hospitality, F&B, distributors, and OEM buyers in Singapore and the region.
• Drive B2C sales on e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and others); manage listings, promotions, inventory, and customer service.
• Work closely with e-commerce platform account managers and social media agencies/partners to plan campaigns, secure promotional slots, and maximise platform visibility.
• Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) — plan content, run campaigns, monitor performance, and grow followership.
• Provide monthly sales and campaign performance reports to management.
Sales — Components & Parts (Secondary)
• Identify B2B opportunities for Flurida Group’s parts portfolio (wire harnesses, PCBAs, motors) with OEM manufacturers and industrial buyers.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, and follow through to close.
Trade Compliance & Administration
• Prepare customs permits, certifications, and trade documents via government portals (e.g., TradeNet); liaise with permit declaration vendors.
• Validate marketplace and partner payments; monitor stock and coordinate replenishment.
