Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
Hunting new business (primary)
Closing deals
Maintaining and growing client accounts
Inbound leads will only be assigned after probation, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales (Core KPI)
Perform outbound prospecting:
Cold calls / messages
WhatsApp outreach
Email / LinkedIn
Engage business owners, directors, and decision-makers
Qualify leads and identify real opportunities
Present and position digital solutions (websites, systems, platforms)
Prepare proposals and push deals to closure
Follow up relentlessly (no dropped leads)
2. Account Growth
Manage existing clients post-sale
Identify upsell opportunities (revamps, maintenance, new features)
Maintain long-term client relationships
3. Pipeline Discipline
Update CRM / trackers daily (non-negotiable)
Maintain clear records of:
Conversations
Follow-ups
Deal stages
Ensure zero lead leakage
Requirements
1–2 years experience in B2B sales (preferably digital agency / web / marketing services)
Proven ability to:
Handle outbound sales
Speak with decision-makers
Follow up consistently
Strong communication skills (clear, confident, structured)
Highly responsive (including evenings / weekends when needed)
Organized and disciplined (able to track multiple deals properly)
Strong Advantage (Preferred)
Experience selling:
Website development
Digital marketing services
SaaS / tech solutions
Familiar with SME landscape in Singapore
Personality Fit (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Salary & Incentives
Basic: $1,500 – $2,000
Commission: Uncapped (per deal / % of deal value)
This role is designed for people who want to earn based on performance, not just basic salary.
Progression
Probation (First 3 months):
Focus on outbound + pipeline building
Support inbound (limited exposure)
After Probation:
Access to qualified inbound leads
Expected to hunt + close + manage own accounts
Support marketing initiatives
Performance Expectation
Within 4–8 weeks, you must demonstrate:
Consistent outbound activity
Meetings booked
Pipeline progression
No traction = not a fit.
