Sales & Marketing Executive cum Content Creator

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to handle both sales & marketing functions while also managing content creation for the company’s digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and able to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports

Achieve monthly sales targets set by management

Marketing & Branding

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Monitor marketing performance and provide reports

Work closely with management on promotional strategies and campaigns

Content Creation

Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, posts) for social media

Plan and manage content calendar

Write captions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice

Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively

Basic photo/video editing for marketing materials

Administrative Duties

Maintain proper records of sales and marketing activities

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, admin, etc.)

Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

Experience in sales, marketing, or content creation is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creative mindset with good sense of design and trends

Familiar with social media platforms and basic editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe)

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

Photography and videography skills

Copywriting and storytelling ability

Experience in running paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)

Basic knowledge of analytics tools

6-day work week

Salary: $2200-$2600 based on experience
