About the role

The Sales Marketing Coordinator is the operational and administrative backbone of our commercial team. You will support the Sales/Marketing Manager/Director in driving revenue growth and brand visibility across all major business channels: Modern Trade (supermarkets/convenience stores), General Trade (minimarts/provision shops), Online Direct supply (Shopee, Panda, Redmart) and HORECA (F&B businesses). You will handle everything from planning/coordinating/executing trade promotions, budgeting and resolving ad-hoc client inquiries to executing sales administration and preparing strategic data for the Sales/Marketing Manager/Director.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the rollout of trade marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches across Modern Trade and General Trade channels

  • Manage the inventory and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and marketing collateral, liaising with field merchandisers to ensure optimal in-store visibility and brand compliance

  • Assist in the preparation of new product listing forms, trading term agreements, and promotional submission forms for major supermarket chains and local distributors

  • Manage the end-to-end process of product sampling for HORECA clients, ensuring chefs, procurement managers, and cafe owners receive the right products promptly for testing

  • Prepare custom price quotations, coordinate B2B trading terms, and assist in onboarding new HORECA accounts into the CRM/ERP system

  • Consolidate weekly and monthly sales performance data across all channels and prepare visual reports, charts, and presentation decks using PowerPoint and Excel for internal management meetings and key client business reviews

  • Compile ground-level feedback, competitor pricing strategies, and promotional activities gathered from the field sales team

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or social media, qualifying leads and routing them to the Sales/Marketing Manager/Director

  • Handle ad-hoc customer requests, investigate delivery discrepancies, process returns, and ensure swift resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Assist the customer service/logistics team with manual order processing or delivery scheduling during peak seasons

About you

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, trade marketing, or sales administration, ideally within the FMCG, Foodservice, or Beverage industry

  • Familiarity with the different dynamics of Modern Trade (structured, data-driven) versus General Trade/HORECA (relationship-driven, fast-paced)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables for sales tracking) and PowerPoint (for presentation decks)

  • Experience with ERP/CRM software (e.g., 365 Dynamics) is a strong plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to comfortably liaise with supermarket buyers, local store owners, and internal senior management

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
