- Develop sales and marketing plans to acquire new B2B & B2C customers and drive collaboration with partners through emailing and cold calling.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients through effective after-sales support.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service
- Collaborate with management team to develop sales proposals for better results.
- Work closely with business development manager to implement sales programs, brand promotions, and strategies.
- Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls and conduct sales pitch to close target customers.
- Source and pitch new Tenders, Contactors and Sub-contractors. And prepare project documents such as quotation proposal, contracts, insurance and bonds and maintain a proper filling system.
- Prepare weekly sale reports and results for management team.
- Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or Business Information Technology (BIT) or E-commerce is required with 2 years of prior sale experience. Or Degree in Marketing with 2 years in sale and marketing field.
- Experience in communicating and presenting to Senior Management Team.
- Interest in Sales, Technology and Digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.
- Knowledge of MS Excel mainly for reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the industrial textile and hardware trading industry will be advantageous.
