Job Summary:
The Sales & Growth Executive will be responsible for drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple business divisions.
This role combines strategic business development, consultative sales, technical solution pitching, account management, and marketing collaboration. You will work closely with leadership to expand our regional presence, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, confident in presenting technical and service-based solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced multi-industry environment.
Job Descriptions :
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Identify, qualify, and convert B2B business opportunities across targeted industries.
Execute outbound prospecting strategies through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution consultations with potential clients.
Drive recurring revenue growth across SaaS, digital services, and project-based solutions.
Technical Sales & Solution Pitching
Present and position solutions including:
ERP & HRM SaaS platforms
Digital & AI services
Web and mobile development
Interior design and design & build solutions
Translate technical concepts into practical business value for clients.
Prepare customized proposals and ROI-focused recommendations.
Client retention & account expansion
Sales strategy & market expansion
Job Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, Growth Strategy or Account Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent presentation and consultative selling abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
