Sales Executive (Pawnshop)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our pawnshop and jewellery retail team. You will be the face of our store, assisting customers with purchases, redemptions, and pawning, while ensuring a professional and seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, pawn transactions, and item redemptions

• Provide guidance and product knowledge on jewellery, gold, and other valuables

• Assist the team in item valuation and authentication

• Process payments, manage documentation, and operate POS systems efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks

• Keep the store presentable, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Support team initiatives to improve store operations, sales, and workflow

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays

• No prior experience required (on-the-job training will be provided)

• Basic numeracy and computer skills (POS system operation preferred)
