Key Job Duties
· Assist Sales Team to carry out Request for Quote (RFQ) from the assigned customers
· Liaising with Marketing thru quotes system (Model N), and reply to customers
· Maintain / Update pricing history and quotes, maintain database of these contract files
· Communicate with assigned customers on behalf of the team, handling arising issues
· Assist in ad hoc reports on customer performance
· Follow up on outstanding payment issues with the customers
Knowledge / Skills
· IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members.
· Able to exercise good judgement with analytical thinking.
· Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced with self- motivation and determination.
· 2 – 3 years of sales co / order processing experience (preferable in Electronic Component Field)
Minimum Qualification
· A levels, Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Sales and Marketing
