Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our studios through online sales and customer service channels. This role focuses on engaging potential and existing members digitally, converting enquiries into sales, and delivering timely, professional support across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Online Sales & Customer Engagement
Respond promptly to online enquiries via email, messaging platforms, and CRM systems
Engage potential and existing members to understand their needs and recommend suitable packages or memberships
Follow up on leads, abandoned enquiries, and existing members to close sales
Build rapport and trust with members through clear, professional, and friendly online communication
Online Customer Service Support
Handle customer enquiries related to class bookings, packages, memberships, and promotions
Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer concerns in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
Ensure a consistent and positive online brand experience for all members
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Perform administrative duties including data entry, updating customer records, and managing sales documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
Support basic sales tracking and reporting
Basic Analysis
Assist in tracking sales performance, conversion rates, and enquiry trends
Identify recurring questions or friction points and provide feedback to improve customer experience
Requirements & Skills
Technical & Administrative Skills
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable working with online communication tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks independently
Sales & Soft Skills
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented tone
Confident in closing sales through online conversations
Ability to handle objections and guide customers toward suitable solutions
Organised, proactive, and motivated by sales targets
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage
Experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
