Sales Coordinator

We are a Japanese company dealing in second hand luxury goods, with more than 250 stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore combined.

Remuneration

• Salary will start from $2,700 during probation.

• After passing probation of 4 months, salary will increase to $3,000.

• After learning how to appraise branded items and passing a test (conducted once a month), salary will increase by $500.

• No penalty for failing, and no fee for attempting the test. Staff can attempt the test as many times as they want to challenge. Passing of test estimated about 6~12 months after joining, depending on willingness to learn.

• Salary will be reassessed annually thereafter, and promotions are given for outstanding abilitiy to lead the team.

• Assistant Supervisor: From $4,000

• Supervisor: From $4,500

• Management role: From $6,000

Responsibilities:

• Face-to-face interaction with customers

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers

• Respond to online customer enquiries on various sales channels.

• Preparing items for shipment/collection with the help of a team of part-timers.

• Items and stock organising and supervision.

• Leading together a team of part-timers to manage sales day-to-day smoothly.

• Achieve target sales and items listed.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate to higher-ups when required and regularly report to the Sales department head on the weekly issues faced.

Candidate will be assigned to either role based on suitability and availability

Requirements:

• No knowledge of luxury brands required, all training provided onsite.

• Experience in eCommerce / Retail store.

• Good sense in taking photos.
