About the Role (ON SITE ROLE)
Korea Artiz Studio is a premier Korean-style wedding photography studio known for delivering luxurious, cinematic pre-wedding experiences inspired by the artistry of Korean drama and fashion photography. Our team is passionate about helping couples create timeless memories through beautifully curated photography sessions.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding their vision, and helping them create unforgettable wedding memories, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding couples through their pre-wedding photography journey, from the first consultation to booking confirmation. You will provide personalized recommendations and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Attend to walk-in and online enquiries, providing professional consultation on pre-wedding photography packages and services
Understand clients’ preferences, concepts, and budget to recommend suitable photography packages, themes, and styling options
Guide clients through the entire booking process, including package explanation, quotation preparation, and closing of sales
Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from consultation to photoshoot
Handle administrative tasks related to sales including contracts, invoices, and payment follow-up
Requirements
Able to work on weekends and public holidays, comfortable with a retail-style schedule with 6 days off per month
Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach
Sales-driven with the ability to confidently close deals
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Independent, proactive, and highly motivated with a positive attitude
Passionate about weddings, photography, and delivering exceptional client experiences
Strong desire to achieve sales targets and grow within the company
