Sales Associate - RWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve team sales goals through the use of effective sales strategies and techniques.

• Provide exceptional customer service, including personalized product recommendations and prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.

• Mentor and support junior team members by sharing product knowledge and successful sales practices.

• Develop strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products, new arrivals, and current promotions.

• Identify customer needs and offer tailored shopping guidance to enhance their experience.

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better meet customer expectations.

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail brand sales is a plus.

• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, patience when dealing with customers, and the ability to handle pressure and demanding work environments.

• Possesses an enthusiastic, cheerful demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to follow company management, shows a strong sense of ownership, and is eager to grow alongside the company.
