UnivsAI is a next-generation leader in Face ID and Video Content Analytics (VCA). With a proven track record in major Korean financial institutions (e.g., Toss) and smart city projects, we are rapidly expanding into the Asian market and surrounding regions. We are currently in the process of maximizing efficiency by competing with a "Standardized System" rather than relying on individual intuition.

This position is not merely a secretarial role for organizing paperwork. You will participate in the entire sales process alongside the CEO, learning firsthand how successful businesses are designed and closed. Starting as a Sales Assistant, you will master our proprietary systems and gain hands-on experience across the full business cycle. As you grow, you will have the opportunity to advance into key leadership roles such as BDM (Business Development Manager), PM (Project Manager), and AM (Account Manager).
3. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the administrative and strategic foundations that allow the sales organization to focus entirely on closing deals, while proactively identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our market intelligence.
Business Opportunity Identification & Market Research: Proactively identify potential sales opportunities and conduct in-depth research on target industries, competitors, and prospective clients to support strategic decision-making.
Business History Management: Systematize sales meeting records and update the [Business Master History Note].
Client Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients using standard FAQs and templates.
Sales Documentation: Draft customized proposals, calculate quotes based on CEO strategies, and manage contract-related documents.
Sales Operations Support: Coordinate meeting schedules, support exhibition/event preparations, and manage follow-up reminders for clients
4. Requirements
Exceptional Organizational Skills: A person who enjoys accurately recording and managing vast amounts of information and figures according to set rules.
Professional Writing Skills: The ability to write with a tone that inspires trust in business emails and proposals.
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.
Research & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct industry and client research, analyze data, and extract actionable insights.
Client Communication Skills: Confident and professional in communicating with clients, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Multitasking & Time Management: Capable of handling multiple clients and priorities at once while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

5. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales support or project management within the IT/Software solution industry.
Proficiency in English or other Asian languages (for regional business coordination).
Ability to adapt flexibly to a fast-paced startup environment and system optimization processes.
