About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative company as a Contract Admin Assistant. In this role, you’ll support daily operations at Origin Herbal Hair Treatment Pte Ltd by providing essential administrative and inventory-related support. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and help us scale our business operations.

Candidates who perform well during the contract period may be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue invoices and follow up on customer orders

• Manage inventory records and processes

• Receive incoming stock and manage stock in/stock-out procedures

• Assist with managing e-commerce inventory and order fulfilment and returns

• Check Ecommerce order fulfilment to ensure order is packed correctly

• Pack orders and coordinate courier pickups and deliveries

• Provide general administrative support

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly

• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed

• Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

  
  

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under pressure

Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
