Job Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders, sales orders, and e-commerce orders.

  • Prepare invoices and update order status.

  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth order flow.

  • Reply to customer enquiries through email, phone, or online platforms.

  • Provide product information and order updates.

  • Assist with packing and labelling of goods.

  • Arrange courier pickups and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

  • Update sales data, order trackers, and simple reports.

  • Assist with quotations and basic documentation.

  • Help with general office administrative tasks.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or related role.

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred but not required).

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
