NVO - Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier
House Bill of Lading/ BL
Responsible for identifying and securing new sea freight business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the extensive logistics network and products.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and drive continuous growth in business volume and profitability.
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
Develop strategic plans for customers assigned.
Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on the business KPIs.
Actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.
Assist in any other assigned duties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping/Logistics-related disciplines.
Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Google suite applications.
