Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operational activities to comply with established standards and ensure seamless workflows.
Collaborate with design and retail teams to guarantee successful product launches.
Support inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage studio workflow and necessary supplies.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Assist the Director in overall operational strategies and studio activities.
Requirements:
Diploma level of education in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within retail or a similar environment.
Strong decision-making capability with a high level of organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and delegation.
