Description
Review duty rosters and manpower allocation to ensure staffing and scheduling compliance
Monitor attendance, punctuality, and daily operational discipline across outlets
Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and housekeeping standards
Conduct operational checks including transactions, stock accuracy, CCTV, and compliance reviews
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational, system, and maintenance issues
Assist with ordering of store supplies and materials to ensure smooth store operations
Assist with stock counts, audits, events, and new store openings or closures
Support events if required
Prepare basic operational reports and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Retail Management, Business or related field
Min 1-2 years experience in Retail Operations
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Working Location: Central (Travel around retail stores)
Salary: Up to $3500
