Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Retail Merchandiser to support and enhance the effectiveness of our retail and partnership channels. This role is integral in ensuring operational excellence across our retail touchpoints, managing administrative logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.


The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end retail fulfilment process, supporting merchandising efforts, and contributing to the planning and execution of in-store and promotional events. You will act as the primary liaison between our internal teams and retail partners to ensure consistent brand presence and product availability.


Key Responsibilities

Product merchandising and Partner Relationship Management



  • Conduct regular onsite store visits to manage inventory levels, ensure visual merchandising excellence, and facilitate the end-to-end replenishment process through accurate order forms.

  • Act as the point of contact for retail partners regarding product deliveries, merchandising standards, and display coordination.

  • Provide support and training to retail staff when necessary to ensure product knowledge and alignment with brand standards.


Event & Activation Support



  • Coordinate and support retail-related events, pop-ups, and promotions.

  • Be available to work on weekends or public holidays when events or activations are scheduled.


Administrative & Reporting Tasks



  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and partner communications.

  • Assist with compiling performance reports related to retail sales and partner activities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment in retail execution.

  • Provide feedback from the retail floor to internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, partner coordination, or similar roles.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Willingness to work on weekends or outside standard hours during events or peak periods.

  • Strong knowledge of the company’s products and the ability to represent the brand effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory is a plus.

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive mindset in solving operational challenges.
