About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our offline retail channels. This role is responsible for managing store operations, retail expansion projects, marketing execution, inventory coordination, and sales performance across multiple retail locations.


Key Responsibilities


Store Operations & Retail Expansion

  • Manage day-to-day retail operations and ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures

  • Conduct regular store audits to monitor performance, service quality, and visual merchandising standards

  • Oversee store opening, renovation, relocation, and closure projects

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion

  • Enhance store layouts and customer experience to strengthen brand presence


Sales Performance Management

  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth

  • Analyze sales data and implement initiatives to improve revenue and store productivity

  • Support promotional activities and product launches to drive sales targets

  • Ensure optimal product assortment and merchandising execution


Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Ensure timely deployment of marketing materials and visual displays

  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Gather customer insights and market feedback to support business strategies


Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, coach, and develop retail sales teams to achieve business objectives

  • Conduct training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines


Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels

  • Monitor stock movement and minimize inventory discrepancies

  • Coordinate product replenishment and inter-store transfers

  • Support inventory planning and clearance activities


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives

  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for process improvements

  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or related industries

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, store management, merchandising, and inventory control

  • Experience managing store renovation, retail projects, or retail expansion initiatives will be advantageous

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
