Retail & E-Commerce Full Time / Part-Time)

As a Retail & E-Commerce Associate at Knockout Gear, you will:

• Serve walk-in customers: greet, assist, recommend products, and close sales.


• Process online orders: pick, pack, ship, and coordinate order fulfilment for online and instore pickups.


• Manage inventory: stock-take, receiving deliveries, restocking shelves/racks, stock rotation and inventory control.


• Handle customer communications: respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and other channels; provide order updates, handle returns/exchanges, and offer aftersales support.


• Maintain store presentation: organise displays, ensure cleanliness and attractive merchandising.


• Assist with social media & content creation: take product photos, help create simple posts, assist with brand presence and promo campaigns.


• Support new-arrival launches, promotions, and in-store events.


• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and order activity.
