Retail and Operations Associate

• Manage e-commerce platform

• Manage retail outlet(s)

• Effectively manage the daily retail sales, order fulfillment, customer relationships.

• Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identify and solve their problems, and always be professional and courteous.

• Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standard.

• Manage retail promotions, sales, marketing programs

• Effectively manage loyalty program

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Min. Diploma graduated

• Min 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail;

• Experience in operations preferred.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people.

• Results focused with high energy and willingness to learn.

• Strong interests in events, florals, crafts preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of successful client management and a portfolio of VIP clients.

• Basic understanding of social media/E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp).

• Must be Singaporean Citizen/PR
