Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy and Marketing



  • Develop and maintain the restaurant’s overall brand image.

  • Formulate and execute external marketing and promotional strategies.

  • Plan and implement various marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions, themed events, brand partnerships, and co-branded projects.

  • Create and manage promotional content for social media, menus, the official website, press releases, and other communication channels.


2. Online and Offline Marketing Management



  • Oversee content planning and maintenance for the restaurant’s digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with design, photography, and video teams to ensure all promotional materials align with brand positioning.

  • Assist in organizing offline marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Analyze marketing effectiveness and provide regular reports on promotional outcomes and customer experience insights.


3. Cross-Department Collaboration



  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure marketing initiatives are consistent with restaurant operations.

  • Support the finance department with budget tracking, cost management, and data organization for marketing activities.

  • Perform additional planning and administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Qualifications:



  • Prior experience in hotel or high-end restaurant marketing, brand management, or planning is preferred.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and strong market awareness.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments.

  • Basic financial knowledge; detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.

一、品牌企划与市场宣传



  • 负责餐厅整体品牌形象规划,制定并执行对外市场宣传及推广策

  • 策划及落实各类市场推广活动,包括节日促销、主题活动、品牌合作及联名项目

  • 负责对外宣传文案撰写与内容管理,包括社交媒体、菜单、官网、新闻稿等


二、线上及线下推广管理



  • 负责餐厅线上平台的内容策划与维护

  • 与设计、摄影、视频团队沟通,确保宣传内容符合品牌定位

  • 协助策划线下推广活动,提升餐厅曝光率与客流量

  • 分析推广效果,定期提交宣传及市场反馈报告及顾客体验


三、跨部门协作



  • 与餐厅营运团队紧密配合,确保宣传内容与实际营运一致

  • 协助财务部进行活动预算跟进、基础成本及数据整理

  • 处理上级交办的相关企划与行政支持工作


任职要求



  • 具备酒店或高端餐厅企划 / 市场 / 品牌相关工作经验者优先

  • 具备良好的文案撰写能力及市场敏感度

  • 良好的沟通协调能力,能跨部门合作

  • 基础财务概念,细心、有责任感
