JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

This internship position seats within the Clinical Operations team in EssilorLuxottica R&D Singapore. The intern will acquire valuable experience in the different aspects of clinical operation activities in the Healthcare industry and get quick exposure to research work.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• 
  Clinical Operations Support and Documentation :
  
  
  
  • Complete Good Clinical Practice - CITI training (subsidied by EssilorLuxottica)
  
  
  • Assist with data entry and data checking
  
  
  • Support query checking and data cleaning
  
  
  • Learn Clinical Study Report (CSR) structure (ICH E6 (R3) / ISO 14155) and help compile a CSR checklist
  
  
  • Assist with study closure process
  
  
  
  

• 
  Medical & Scientific Research Learning
  
  
  
  • Do basic literature research on an eye-related topic, summarize findings and share with the team
  
  
  
  

Key Requirements

• Currently studying with Medical / Clinical Sciences (major of studies)


• Analytical ability and passion, research oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel


• Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills


• Positive and proactive attitude
