Description

The SEA Marketing & Public Relations Manager will be responsible for driving marketing and communications performance across Southeast Asia and Taiwan, working closely with local dealer partners and regional stakeholders.

Description

  • Support execution of regional marketing strategies across Southeast Asia and Taiwan, working closely with dealer partners to drive brand presence and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate dealer marketing activities, ensuring alignment with regional campaigns, brand guidelines, and sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Support CRM and digital marketing activities, ensuring strong lead management processes and high-quality customer data standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, after sales, agencies, and regional teams to ensure marketing activities support the overall customer journey.
  • Support public relation, media, social and digital communications activities in line with brand tone of voice and regional strategy.
  • Ensure dealer marketing, event and communications activities remain compliant with brand and corporate guidelines.
  • Track marketing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics across assigned markets.

Profile

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in regional marketing, communications, or integrated marketing roles, ideally across Southeast Asia markets.
  • Exposure to luxury, premium consumer, automotive, or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and customer journey management.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, or regional teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect marketing activity to business performance.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
