Regional Logistics Procurement Executive (Cross-Border Logistics)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a leading global cross-border eCommerce logistics provider, and we are looking for a Regional Logistics Procurement Executive to join their regional team.

This is a unique opportunity to support regional logistics sourcing and carrier management initiatives across APAC. Working within a dynamic cross-border eCommerce environment, you will analyse logistics solutions, evaluate carrier performance, support sourcing projects, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to optimise cost, service quality, and customer experience.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (hybrid working model)
• Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + Variable Bonus

The Job:

• Support regional sourcing activities across cross-border logistics, parcel, first-mile and last-mile delivery networks.
• Conduct RFQs, carrier benchmarking and pricing analysis to evaluate logistics solutions and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Support supplier and carrier management, including performance reviews, commercial discussions and relationship management.
• Analyse logistics data, market trends and carrier performance to recommend commercially viable solutions.
• Partner closely with regional Operations, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to improve network efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance logistics performance and operational effectiveness.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience within cross-border eCommerce, parcel logistics, courier, transportation, 3PL, 4PL or freight forwarding environments.
• Exposure to RFQs, carrier benchmarking, pricing analysis, logistics sourcing or supplier management will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical business solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment with multiple stakeholders across APAC.
• Candidates with strong logistics fundamentals and the willingness to develop commercial negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
