Get to Know the Team


The Regional Product Marketing team develops user insights and marketing strategies for Grab's Mobility, Deliveries, E-commerce, and Financial Services businesses. We work with regional product managers and country operations teams to increase adoption across consumer, merchant, driver, and enterprise segments in Southeast Asian markets. Our focus is translating user data into strategies that improve product adoption and revenue performance.


Get to Know the Role


You will lead product marketing strategy for Grab's service portfolio, developing positioning and launch plans for new products and features across multiple countries. You will analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with product teams to incorporate insights into development roadmaps. You will also implement automation tools to streamline marketing research and reporting processes, while managing revenue targets tied to product adoption and user retention metrics.


You will report directly to the Regional Head of Marketing, Brand and Creative and this is a fully onsite role.


The Critical Tasks You will Perform



  • You will develop customer value propositions for new product launches across Mobility, Deliveries, E-commerce, and Financial Services. You will also develop go-to-market strategies, adapting messaging for consumers, merchants, drivers, and enterprise clients in different Southeast Asian markets.

  • You will analyze user adoption, retention, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities, presenting findings to product teams and senior leadership to inform roadmap priorities and marketing investments.

  • You will coordinate launch timelines and marketing programs across regional product teams and country operations, aligning stakeholders on priorities and ensuring consistent execution across multiple markets.

  • You will implement AI tools and automation workflows for market research, user insights, and marketing execution, reducing manual processes and improving data accuracy for decision-making.

  • You will manage revenue accountability for product adoption metrics, tracking performance against quarterly growth targets and adjusting marketing strategies based on performance data.

  • You will present market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members, informing company-wide investment decisions.
