Description
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients and staff in a warm and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, booking appointments and coordinating meeting requirements
Maintain a tidy and organized reception/Front Desk Concierge area
Liaise with Chinese counterparts
Assist with other general office duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Concierge or in a customer service-oriented role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using standard office equipment and software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a concierge team
Working hours
9.00am - 6.00pm, or 9.30am - 6.30pm (Monday-Friday)
