Health Supplement Company
We are looking for a friendly and organized Reception & Customer Service Admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet and assist visitors, clients, suppliers, and auditors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, presentable reception and pantry area
Customer Service Support
Handle customer enquiries related to health supplement products (usage, dosage, availability, delivery status, etc.)
Process customer orders, invoices, and delivery coordination
Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, QA, production) to resolve customer issues
Maintain professional and compliant communication in line with health supplement regulations
Assist in managing online orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.)
Update order status and respond to customer messages on online platforms
Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment tracking and delivery issues
Administrative & Documentation Support
Maintain customer records, order data, and filing systems (softcopy & hardcopy)
Assist in data entry for sales orders
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements / Skills
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
Prior experience in customer service, reception, or admin roles preferred
Good communication skills (English; Mandarin an advantage due to customer base)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience in health supplements, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage
