Project Management, Network Expansion - SPX Express

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Monitoring and managing SPX Expansion standard operating procedures


• Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress


• Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal stakeholders to align on scope timelines and expectations


• Develop data-backed strategies and support the teams in executing the strategies


• Initiate and spearhead internal projects


• Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources

Requirements:

• 1-3 years working experience in project management or related functions


• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc)


• Advance skills in Excel/Google Sheets for dashboard/tracker creation


• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills


• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn


• Experience in Appscript is an added advantage
