Description

The Program Lead/Executive role will be a key pillar of our marketing initiatives for our brands and online marketplace. You are expected to be a strategic partner to our brand principals while remaining technically proficient enough to execute daily operations/campaigns, manage digital marketing roadmaps, and ensure the entire supply chain is delivered.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate brand partnerships and marketing strategies for effective engagement with key stakeholders.

  • Manage and execute full spectrum of operations and marketing communications to meet business goals. Direct and maintain day-to-day store performance and administration.

  • Monitor and take corrective actions on SLAs and KPIs to ensure all brands exceed benchmarks. Bridge the gap between marketing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience

  • Drive and execute platform marketing tools/solutions on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee…etc)

  • Drive digital marketing campaigns including collaboration with strategic partners to achieve KPIs and increase brand awareness.

  • Evaluate the ROI of all marketing and marketplace initiatives/campaigns.

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop and execute creative ideas, design and layout in digital media.

  • Strong involvement in executing SEO/SEM efforts to increase platform traffic.

  • Manage platform content architecture for excellent touchpoints.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent understanding and insights with current digital marketing trends.

  • Capability to drive and execute platform marketing Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee…etc) is a must.

  • Well-versed with digital marketing concepts; tools and strategies.

  • Own the "Hybrid" Skillset: You must demonstrate a track record of both high-level account management and "in-the-trenches" operational execution. Working knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and Analytics.

  • Strong English proficiency with experience in creative copywriting.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly meticulous and strong attention to details.

  • Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at quick turnaround time.

  • Excellent team player and able to multitask efficiently
