Team Intro The Global Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team is the strategic bridge between TikTok’s advertising partners and our Product teams. Our mission is to ensure that the world’s largest Marketplace businesses—from global e-commerce giants to hyper-growth disruptors—are empowered to turn discovery into measurable results through our commerce solutions.


About the role We are looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to drive the growth of our mobile app advertising business globally. In this role, you will shape the long-term direction of product solutions for the App & Software industry by leveraging deep insights into mobile marketing trends and advertiser needs.


Responsibilities:



  • Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the mobile marketing industry particularly in App & Software industry, to affect the strategy/direction of product solutions

  • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for mobile app ads adoption and growth

  • Collaborate with our product team to build customer-centric solutions for our mobile app advertisers globally

  • Partner with cross functional teams and regional product marketing teams to develop programs through the lens of clients, ultimately driving business outcomes for our clients and be accountable for ad revenue growth in close alignment with Sales

  • Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development for growth of the mobile app business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)


  • BA/BS degree or above in Product, Marketing or related fields

  • 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products, specifically in performance marketing

  • Strong knowledge of app measurement industry and solutions (SDK, SKAN, 1P/3P app ads attribution, MMP etc.) and experience working on qualitative and quantitative measurement of app performance marketing campaigns

  • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences

  • Experience in O2O industry and app catalog product
