Wallet Feature Ownership: Lead and own product initiatives for ShopeePay user and merchant wallet features, such as top-ups, peer-to-peer transfers, and disbursements
Strategy and Roadmap: Define product strategies and roadmaps with a data-driven mindset, focused on boosting key product metrics like transaction success rates and volume.
End-to-end Execution: Drive initial concept to successful launch. You'll manage timelines and orchestrate collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Risk and Compliance: Partner closely with risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant flows while safeguarding the overall user experience.
Continuous optimization: Leverage market insights and data analysis to keep features user-friendly and market leading
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Min 1 year of dynamic product management experience within payments, fintech, or e-commerce.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving diverse teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, good at complex problem-solving and decision-making based on data. Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools is highly preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can expertly multi-task.
Solid technical literacy, enabling seamless collaboration with engineers and a deep understanding of system architecture and API designs.
