Job Summary: Lead commercial and marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, market expansion, and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the commercial team in planning and implementing marketing activities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for existing and new brands.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities using consumer and patient insights.
  • Conduct detailed market, opportunity, and competitive analyses.
  • Drive digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Define key metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global healthcare brand teams on new product development.
  • Monitor and manage the effective utilization of marketing A&P budgets.
  • Support the sales team through planned field joint‑calls at least twice a month.
  • Create and implement trade marketing plans for ethical and consumer-health channels to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Plan full‑year trade marketing activities with key pharmacy chains, hypermarkets, government retail pharmacies, and independent pharmacies.
  • Coordinate closely with sales, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure successful execution of trade marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Ensure all promotional and printed materials comply with relevant local authority and internal guidelines.
  • Manage trade marketing A&P fund utilization effectively.
  • Build strong business relationships with key opinion leaders, category managers, and channel stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
