About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content.
It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. Responsibilities:
- Design product based on the understanding of motivations and needs of different layers of paid users. - Unearth hidden user value through data analysis of paid user and live creator's characteristics, build effective measures to guide payments. - Participate in mathematical design of features targeted at different group of paid users and creators, collaborate to achieve growth target of both paid user and creators-with-income.
- Write PRDs, coordinate resources with cross-functional teams and drive the requirement's developing, testing and launching, etc.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above, at least 3 years of revenue product/UG strategy/data analysis related work experience in the mobile internet industry.
- 4+ years of experience applying structured problem-solving and clear communication, with the ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and interpret user behavior and needs.
- Proven ability to execute projects end-to-end, with strong communication and project management skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Preferred qualifications:
- Specialized in Gamification Mechanics and Incentive Strategy for international markets.
- In-depth understanding of the live streaming business and familiar with its user and influencer communities.
