About the Team:


As a Product Manager for Return Refund, you will be developing a deep understanding of the eCommerce post-purchase flow. You will be involved in the development of innovative solutions to provide a seamless journey for our buyers and sellers, such as designing new after sales solutions for our buyers, using advanced AI-driven product solutions to establish an efficient and fair judgment process, etc. Your work will directly impact the buyer & seller experience, as well as the operational costs and efficiency involved in the Return and Refund processes.


Job Description:



  • Take ownership of the entire product development cycle, work closely with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impact

  • Continuously drive for improvements, liaise with business teams to understand pain points and requirements, manage stakeholders expectations, set priorities and deliver product solutions effectively

  • Proactively seek ways to broaden the coverage of Return & Refund services, increase platform auto-judging capabilities and accuracy, reduce end-to-end resolution time of Return Refund request, control cost incurred by seller dispute and compensation, and improve overall buyer and seller sentiments

  • Explore advanced AI-based solutions in Return & Refund workflows and strategies

  • Identify key metrics, conduct data-driven analysis to gather insights in user behavior and product performance


Requirements:



  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or a related science/tech field preferred

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment

  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing

  • Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills

  • Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner

  • Frequent user of AI tools

  • Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem

  • Full-time interns preferred
