About the Role
DCS Card Centre is seeking a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to support the management and growth of our cobranded and affluent credit card portfolio.
This role will assist in product development, campaign execution, and portfolio performance monitoring to drive acquisition, activation, and card usage. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced payments environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Management
- Support the development and enhancement of cobranded and affluent card products
- Assist in defining product features, benefits, pricing, and positioning
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics including card base growth, billings, activation rates, and customer engagement
- Prepare performance reports and insights for management review
Cobranded Partnerships
- Support relationship management with cobranded partners
- Coordinate joint campaigns and promotional activities with partners
- Track partner performance against agreed targets
- Assist in evaluating new partnership opportunities
Product Launch & Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology) for product launches and enhancements
- Ensure smooth implementation of product changes and campaign rollouts
- Support preparation of product materials, FAQs, and internal training decks
Acquisition & Usage Growth
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute acquisition campaigns
- Track campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization
- Support initiatives to improve customer activation and ongoing usage
Market Monitoring
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research
- Provide insights on industry trends and recommend product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of product management experience. 1–2 years of experience in credit cards, consumer banking, payments, fintech, or related financial services would be preferable but not necessary
- Exposure to product management, campaign management, or portfolio analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
