Job Description:
- Own end-to-end product development of Chatbot features, driving ideation, impact analysis, priority definition, system design, and development while overseeing post-launch performance through data analysis for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop advanced LLM solution models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems etc. to enhance chatbot effectiveness.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timelines by developing detailed product plans, proactively mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across cross-product teams, engineers, product ops, and analysts.
- Work closely with business teams to develop features aligned with business goals, helping stakeholders understand the product, communicate its value, and define strategic priorities together.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps, applying tailored strategies to refine product positioning and performance, and preparing product proposals to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Math & Stats, Engineering, or a related applied quantitative field. Or experience in lieu
- At least 3 years of full time experience as a product manager.
- At least 1 year of full time product management experience or domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Chatbot technology, recommendation systems, user segmentation & targeting, e-commerce risk management and user experience optimization.
