Job Summary:
Seeking a fashion-focused product development executive to drive apparel sampling, vendor coordination, and market-ready product execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sample development process from design concept to final approved product
• Track and control sample timelines, ensuring on-time delivery with manufacturers
• Coordinate daily communication with manufacturers, accurately translating design and fit comments
• Organise and conduct fit sessions to ensure consistency in fit, construction, and measurements
• Take, verify, and maintain accurate product measurements to uphold sizing standards
• Liaise with manufacturers on sampling revisions and production requirements
• Follow up with vendors, including outside regular working hours when critical timelines require
• Coordinate with RFID vendors to ensure accurate tagging directly from manufacturers
• Support overseas factory visits and photoshoots (e.g. China) for product development and quality control
• Assist in photoshoot styling to ensure accurate and appealing product presentation
• Prepare product listings with precise descriptions, measurements, and specifications
• Research market trends, fabrics, and designs to support new product development
• Perform ad-hoc duties to support the product and creative teams

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in the apparel industry and e-commerce environment
• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Apparel, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking manufacturers and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and apparel construction
• Willingness to travel overseas when required is an added advantage
