Role: Product & Partnerships Lead
Role overview
ELLO is building an AI-powered caregiving platform combining hardware, computer vision, and human-centric design.
We’re looking for a Product & Partnerships Lead to own ELLO’s product strategy and roadmap, while working closely with external partners to ensure what we build is grounded in real-world needs - without turning the role into sales.
This is a product-first role. Partnerships exist to inform, validate, and de-risk product decisions.
What you’ll own
1. Product strategy & roadmap (core responsibility)
- Own and maintain ELLO’s product roadmap (near-term execution + long-term direction)
- Translate caregiver, family, and partner insights into clear product priorities
- Write and maintain PRDs in collaboration with engineering
- Balance speed, scope, and technical trade-offs in an AI + hardware environment
- Ruthlessly prioritise - fewer features, better outcomes
2. Product execution & alignment
- Work closely with:

- CEO (vision, trade-offs, sequencing)
- Engineering (AI, backend, frontend)
- Marketing (positioning, messaging, launches)
- Ensure outsourced development teams are aligned to product intent
- Reduce ambiguity for engineers by defining what success looks like
3. Partnerships (product-led, not sales)
- Engage selected external stakeholders (e.g. insurers, care providers, ecosystem partners)
- Run product-oriented conversations: pilots, trials, design partnerships
- Assess partnership requests through a product lens:

- Does this benefit core users?
- Does it shape or validate the roadmap?
- Does it create long-term optionality?
- Document learnings and feed them back into product decisions
You will not be responsible for revenue targets, deal closing, oraccount management.
What success looks like (first 6–12months)
- A clear, credible, and focused product roadmap
- Faster, calmer product decisions
- Engineering teams building the right things with less rework
- External conversations translating into product insight, not distractions
- CEO spending less time firefighting product questions
Who you are
- 5–10 years experience in product management or product strategy
- Experience in early-stage startups (ambiguity doesn’t scare you)
- Comfortable working across AI, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written communicator - you can make complexity feel simple
- Product-led mindset: you protect users and engineers from unnecessary noise
Nice to have
- Experience with AI / data / platforms
- Exposure to healthcare, caregiving, or regulated domains
- Experience working with external partners or enterprise stakeholders
What this role is not
- Not a sales role
- Not a “feature factory”
Working model
- Open to fractional or full-time
- Singapore preferred, but flexible for the right person
- Reports directly to the CEO
