Description

This role is focused on platform management, interaction management, and product growth across a large-scale B2C Rewards ecosystem.


You will act as the go-to owner for platform stability and continuous improvement, with a strong bias toward execution, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination. The platform mix is approximately 80% app and 20% web.


You will be responsible for:



  • Owning platform stability and day-to-day operations across app and web, including issue resolution, platform management, and release coordination

  • Driving in-platform growth and engagement initiatives to improve user activity, transactions, and retention

  • Translating business and engagement needs into clear requirements and briefs for engineering and delivery teams

  • Coordinating platform enhancements, fixes, and launches across internal teams and external development agencies

  • Supporting launch readiness through testing, validation, and post-launch monitoring

  • Using data and experimentation to track performance, optimise engagement mechanics, and guide prioritisation


Ideal Candidate



  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital growth, engagement, loyalty, or platform-focused roles

  • You have hands-on experience driving end-to-end delivery and day-to-day management of a consumer-facing platform

  • You understand platform architecture, technical dependencies, and how to work effectively with engineering teams

  • Experience driving user growth initiatives and familiarity with rewards, loyalty, or B2C e-commerce platforms is a plus

  • You are detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity

  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • You are a strong individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
