About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Growth & Engagement Manager to drive user engagement, transactions, and retention across our mobile app and web platforms. This role owns the planning and execution of in-platform initiatives while also playing a key role in coordinating
platform enhancements, operational improvements, and delivery with multiple stakeholders
.


You will work at the intersection of growth, execution, and platform operations — ensuring engagement initiatives are supported by the right features, tools, and system capabilities, and that improvements are delivered smoothly and reliably.


This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends growth thinking, operational execution, and project coordination.


What You’ll Be Working On


Growth & Engagement Initiatives


·       Define and execute in-app and web initiatives to increase user activity, transactions, and retention.


·       Work with the larger team to design engagement mechanics such as rewards, rules, triggers, and eligibility logic for campaigns.


·       Use data insights to support segmentation and targeting strategies for better engagement outcomes.


·       Track and analyse key performance metrics including transaction frequency, retention, and reward redemption.


·       Run experiments and A/B tests on mechanics, messaging, and timing to optimise performance.


Platform Enhancements & Delivery Coordination


·       Work with internal stakeholders to identify and shape platform improvements that support engagement and commercial goals.


·       Translate business and engagement needs into clear briefs and requirements for tech and delivery teams.


·       Coordinate development work across internal teams and external app/web development partners.


·       Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure enhancements and fixes are delivered as planned.


·       Support launch readiness by validating features, configurations, and engagement logic before go-live.


·       Monitor post-launch performance and user feedback to inform refinements and next steps.


Platform Operations & Ongoing Management


·       Support day-to-day platform operations across app and web, including CMS updates and configurations.


·       Act as a point of coordination for platform-related issues raised by internal teams, partners, or end-users.


·       Work with development teams and partners to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.


·      Support onboarding and operational setup for merchants and partners, including admin and system configurations.


·       Coordinate API integrations and platform changes required to support new partners or initiatives.

Experience We’d Like You to Have


·       5+ years of experience in digital growth, engagement, loyalty, or platform-related roles.


·       Experience working with mobile apps and/or web platforms in a commercial or operational context.


·       Strong execution and coordination skills working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.


·       Comfortable translating business objectives into practical system or platform requirements.


·       Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions and optimisation.


·       Experience running experiments, analysing results, and iterating based on learnings.


·       Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
