[PERM] Account Manager (Enterprise & Government Accounts)

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of premium accounts as the primary contact, driving revenue growth and market share.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase adoption of company’s printing, visual communications, and sustainability solutions.
Build strong relationships with C-level, IT, procurement, and business stakeholders, positioning company as a trusted partner.
Apply consultative, solution-based selling to address customer needs and support digital transformation.
Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and customer experience.
Track account performance, pipeline, forecasts, and customer satisfaction; provide regular management reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise account management, preferably in IT, AV, or office automation.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT/AV solutions and experience selling to large organizations or government agencies.
Proven ability to grow accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
