[PERM] Account Manager (Enterprise & Government Accounts)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of premium accounts as the primary contact, driving revenue growth and market share.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase adoption of company’s printing, visual communications, and sustainability solutions.

• Build strong relationships with C-level, IT, procurement, and business stakeholders, positioning company as a trusted partner.

• Apply consultative, solution-based selling to address customer needs and support digital transformation.

• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and customer experience.

• Track account performance, pipeline, forecasts, and customer satisfaction; provide regular management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise account management, preferably in IT, AV, or office automation.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT/AV solutions and experience selling to large organizations or government agencies.

• Proven ability to grow accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Excellent relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
