Job Summary


You will develop and execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth. Collaborate with creative teams and partners to optimise campaign performance and deliver measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including:

  • Paid Social: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Google Ads, YouTube Ads

  • App Marketing: Apple App Store & Google Play Store campaigns

  • Content Marketing: Social media content, ad copywriting, email marketing (Mailchimp)

  • Display Advertising: Banner ads, video ads

  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve

  • maximum ROI and performance.

  • Prepare ad copy, captions, headlines, call to actions, EDM content, and marketing text

  • for digital campaigns.

  • Work closely with designers to create advertising creatives, graphics, banners, and

  • videos for marketing campaigns.

  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using key metrics such as website

  • traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, app installs, and engagement.

  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns to improve advertising

  • performance and marketing results.

  • Look for collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, KOLs, affiliates, and

  • business partners.

  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads

  • Manager, and Google Data Studio to monitor campaign performance and customer

  • behaviour.

  • Generate regular reports and provide data driven recommendations for campaign

  • improvements.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Creative team to brainstorm, plan, and

  • execute marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional

  • activities.

  • Occasionally assist in simple photo taking, content shooting, or vehicle photography for

  • marketing purposes.

  • Assist in other marketing related tasks and activities when required.


Data Analysis & Insights:



  • Utilise data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and gain valuable insights into customer behaviour.

  • Analyse website traffic data, ad performance, and campaign results to identify areas for improvement in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and marketing effectiveness.

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide data driven recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, campaign tracking, and data analysis.


Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution:



  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the Marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Contribute to the development of ad creatives, campaign concepts, marketing materials, and advertising copy.

  • Work closely with designers to create graphics, banners, videos, and other marketing materials for campaigns.

  • Look for collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, KOLs, affiliates, and business partners.

  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

  • Occasionally assist in simple photo taking, content shooting, or vehicle photography for marketing purposes.


Stay Updated:



  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

  • Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and platforms to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.


Job requirements and skills



  • Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a similar field.

  • Pays attention to details and possess good time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timeline is met.

  • Able to work independently and in a team, on weekends and public holidays to support and ensure all marketing campaigns are rolled out.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in Digital Marketing will be advantageous.

  • Class 3 licence holder preferred.

  • General knowledge and interest in the car-sharing/automotive industry is important.

  • Willingness to learn, enthusiasm and personal motivation is paramount.
