Performance Marketing Specialist (SaaS / Fintech User Acquisition)

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive user acquisition and paid conversions.

• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and placements to improve campaign efficiency.

• Develop creative concepts for static and video advertisements and provide direction to design and video production teams.

• Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize based on key metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.

• Build and refine target audience segments using user data, behavioral insights, and market understanding.

• Stay updated on developments in digital advertising, SaaS, and fintech to inform campaign strategy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid digital channels.

• Proven focus on scaling campaigns and improving ROAS

• Knowledge of SaaS or fintech industries is a plus.

• Experience running campaigns targeting audiences in the US is a strong plus.

• Having skills in generative AI prompting, ads on X/LinkedIn/Reddit/Quora, ClickFunnels, and HubSpot will be an advantage.
