Own and scale demand generation and acquisition efficiency across all divisions — ecommerce, B2B, and salon — through disciplined performance marketing across paid and organic channels.
This role exists to ensure the business consistently acquires qualified traffic and leads efficiently, while continuously improving funnel performance, conversion quality, and cost efficiency — at speed and at scale.
What You Will Own
End-to-end demand generation performance across all divisions
Paid acquisition performance across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
SEO as a performance channel (technical, on-page, conversion-led)
Organic and paid lead generation (ecommerce, B2B, salon bookings)
Lead quality, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and funnel efficiency
Landing page and funnel performance (in collaboration with Ecommerce & Content
Performance insights and recommendations that drive commercial decisions
What You Will Do
Plan, execute, and optimise paid acquisition across ecommerce, B2B, and salon funnels
Treat SEO as a growth and efficiency lever, not just content support
Continuously test, learn, and improve funnel performance (traffic → lead → conversion)
Work closely with Ecommerce Growth Manager to align traffic with conversion and new customer efficiency
Work with Brand & Content to translate strong narratives into high-performing ads and landing pages
Diagnose performance issues quickly and act decisively
Identify scaling opportunities and know when to stop inefficient spend
Build repeatable acquisition systems rather than one-off campaigns
