About the Role

We’re hiring a senior performance marketing professional to lead paid media programmes across Asia Pacific. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of paid campaigns—from planning and launch through optimisation and stakeholder reporting—to drive measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels and markets

  • Own full-funnel programmes spanning brand awareness, consideration, and lead/demand generation

  • Build and manage media plans, channel mix, audience strategies, and campaign roadmaps

  • Monitor performance and turn data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders

  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is paced efficiently to performance goals

  • Oversee day-to-day campaign operations including ad trafficking, QA, and optimisation testing

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, web/tech teams to ensure campaigns are measurable (tracking, landing pages, analytics integration)

  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver integrated campaign execution

  • Stay current on industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in paid media / performance marketing with regional campaign experience

  • Experience running B2B digital campaigns and understanding of user journeys and lead flows

  • Hands-on capability in paid social + paid search, and familiarity with programmatic is a plus

  • Confident with KPI ownership (e.g., CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, ROI) and optimisation frameworks

  • Comfortable working across multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail

  • Able to communicate performance clearly to different stakeholders (marketing, sales, leadership)

  • Exposure to programmatic platforms and audience activation/retargeting strategies

  • Familiarity with web analytics, dashboards, and marketing performance reporting tools

  • Knowledge of first-party audience segmentation using CDPs/DMPs and lead distribution workflows
