About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Curtain Boutique as a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads / Meta). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Based in our HQ office, this position will play a crucial part in achieving the company's ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimise Google Search Ads (primary channel)
Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta), especially retargeting
Drive consistent leads within defined Cost Per Lead (CPL) targets
Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and budget optimisation
Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, WhatsApp)
Monitor campaigns daily and optimise based on performance data
Prepare weekly performance reports (spend, leads, CPL)
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong experience in Google Ads (Search campaigns)
Experience managing Meta Ads
Comfortable with CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics
Data-driven, independent, and detail-oriented
Experience in lead generation for services or SMEs is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
